PRIVATE SPREE FAQS/STATUS

Private Sprees Faqs:

Private Sprees' are entitled to all shoppers who are interested in purchasing 15 or more items from a particular spree rather ongoing or non-ongoing. All items must be from the same website/spree, otherwise charges will be added into your payment. Full refund will be made to if any items went OOS.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Basically, all terms and conditions that listed in our specific page are applied to private spree too. There's also some additional listed below which only applied to our Private Sprees'. Do spend some time to read through both sides Terms and Conditions. :)

[1] Only minimum of 15 items and maximum of 50 items are accepted in a single order form.

[2] All items in each order form must be from the same spree website. No combining of orders is allowed for all sprees.

[3] An additional charge of $10 will apply to shoppers if the items in your orders are from different website.

[4] $5 will be charged if spree-ers does not order more than 20 items in a single order form. (We'll recommend you to join as normal ongoing sprees. It's definitely cheaper!)

[5] Orders that contains more than 5 items went OOS will not be taken in. We'll cancel the spree and full refunds will be made to you.

[6] Shipping fees of your items will be collected as 2nd payment when the items are ready to ship out.

[7] Collection preferrence will be only self-collection at our place void deck. Address will be given when parcels arrived and ready for collection.

Benefits of Private Spree:

The handling fees will be much lesser than ongoing sprees. A handling fees of only $10 will be collected. In other words, you can save up at least $5 if you ordered 15 items. Meaning you can save up to at least $10 if you ordered 20 items! Moreover, your orders will be proceeded immediately after you made payment which cause you for to receive your items earlier than normal ongoing sprees which has capping to hit! Isn't that great? :)

Private Spree Process:
[1] Inform us which spree you're interested in first before placing your orders so we can check with our supplier if they are available for purchasing.
[2] Use the same order form as normal ongoing sprees (unless it's for Gmarket), otherwise it will be void.
[3] Send in your orders that consist with at least 15 items and maximum of 60 items.

[4] After confirmation mail is sent, please make your payment within 3days.

[5] Inform us the transaction details once payment made so we can process your orders asap.
[6] All private sprees status will be updated in this page.

Calculation Method:
1st payment : [(sub total in won x 1.4) / 800] + Handling Fees + Postage Fees

2nd payment : Shipping fees will be collected when the items are ready to ship out.

*All payments are to be round up to nearest ten cents.
(eg. $6.73 rounded up to $6.80)

Handling Fees:

$10 flat handling charge for all sprees, it will not go up even you ordered more than 10 items!

You may wish to browse through the websites and request which spree you wish to be open.
If you wish to open new sprees that are excluded from below, kindly email us with the site url.
The list will still continue to update if we see any spree we are able to open. ^^

Private Sprees Status:

ASMAMA - 31 items [ShiYong] -COMPLETED-

[02/04] - Orders sent. Awaiting for confirmation from supplier.

[02/08] - Orders confirmed. Payment made.

[02/09] - Agent need 2-3 days to acknowledge the payment as they're handling huge amount of orders right now.

[02/13] - Payment finally confirmed! Items will be start purchasing on Monday.

[02/16] - Purchasing of items completed! Awaiting for agent to pack the items for shipping.

[02/18] - OOS list of items has out. Full refund will be made when items had arrived.

[02/21] - Items had shipped out on last weekend. It will be arriving in this few days time.

[02/24] - Items had arrived! Arrival mail sent.
